I am a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in Information Technology with proficiency in management and leadership within the Six Sigma methodology. Throughout my professional experience, I have proven my ability as a leader within various organizations.

I am also a Data Protection Officer with certification under TÜV Rheinland. I have proven expertise in Data Privacy laws, information security, and IT governance in the hospitality, manufacturing, and IT industries for more than a decade. An advocate of data privacy awareness and have trained various individuals on best practices in cyber security.

I was recognized as a Distinguished Toastmaster by Toastmasters International, the highest award given to its members who have demonstrated a high level of competency in communication and leadership. During my role as the Division Director, I helped many clubs reach their goals and touched the lives of their members to improve their communication and leadership skills.

While I have been in the IT industry for over a decade, I have maintained my passion for computers and technological problem solving since I was 16. This experience gave me a deep insight into high-quality IT support and automated business processes and how they contribute to customer satisfaction and user experience.
